Squats & Smoothies

Circuit sessions providing the opportunity to move your body with like-minded women in the fresh air surrounded by nature.
These sessions incorporate a combination of mobility, strengthening, balance and cardio movements using your own bodyweight and a selection of specialist equipment in a circuit format which you will be shown how to use safely. A homemade smoothie is provided at the end of the class

BRAND NEW AUTUMN class

Start Strong

A strength training class dedicated to beginners!
This session covers the very basics of resistance training right from the start with a steady pace to ensure you have time to get to grips with fundamental exercises designed to stand you in good stead for getting another year older. Because we all start somewhere and it’s never too late to begin!

Pretty Strong

A small but mighty session focussing on helping you to feel stronger using a selection of kettlebells, barbells & dumbbells.
Designed to build muscle & develop bone density this class is all about future-proofing your body which is essential as we age.
If you have never used this type of equipment before, don’t be put off you will be guided throughout each session.

All of our classes are female-only, small group, 45 minute sessions, held outdoors in nature where possible.
They all have an emphasis on choice, you are always in control as to how intense you would like to make your workout depending on how you are feeling that day.

International Women’s Day 2024

Fundraiser Classes

For the second year running, I am delighted to be taking part in the
GREAT INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY MOVEMENT CHALLENGE
on Saturday 9th March in support of the wonderful THE MOVEMENT charity

I will be hosting two fundraising classes that day at 8.30am and 10am. Both classes are FREE with the option to donate what you can to The Movement Charity who are working hard to restore every woman's right to exercise.
The Movement Charity partner with a number of charities across the country to provide trauma informed exercise opportunities for women who have experienced multiple disadvantages and may not have easy access to work out.

Anything I haven’t answered here?

Yes! The class timetable for the month ahead can be viewed HERE. I also share it each week on Instagram stories to remind you what we have coming up.

Please note that the monthly timetable does vary. 

As I run these sessions myself (just me!) I try and fit the timetable around the monthly plans and commitments I have on with my family. I also adapt the classes to the time of year and the daylight hours we have available.

All abilities are very welcome, and sessions are designed with brand new attendees in mind as well as those who come back each week. Classes are centred around choice and options will always be given to make the exercises lower impact, or more challenging depending on how you are feeling that day. 

If you feel that certain exercises might be unsuitable for you, please get in touch before booking and I can advise accordingly.

Whilst I have a specialist qualification in pre and post natal fitness, the group classes are not designed specifically for these groups. 1:1 sessions will be better tailored to safely exercising whilst pregnant and in the first few months after birth. 

Group sessions are simply pay as you go. You can book one class or the entire month in one go! 

Your trainers, a bottle of water, layered clothing and a positive mindset!

All mats and training equipment are provided.

Yes! Private parking is available on site.

The beauty of training outside is that we move with the seasons and the elements, soaking up the many benefits of being in nature. But there is the odd day where this just isn’t safe or enjoyable and f that’s the case, we relocate to a beautiful barn just down the road. I contact you directly with the new location when applicable.
